“Trust is a treasure. But it is not inanimate stuff, like mere gold or gems. Trust is a living thing that can be cultivated and grown, like lovely red tomatoes in a garden. This book will show you how. It starts with fundamental rules about how we should think about human nature. It looks at rules governing how people should treat each other in order to cultivate the interpersonal trust that enables cooperation. And finally, it looks at the rules organizations need to win and keep the trust of readers, consumers, or citizens.”

Note Given the book’s very recent publication, book reviews are currently few in number. We will continue to be on the lookout for them and add ones worthy of you attention to this page as they become available.
While there are a number of (video or audio) interviews with Jimmy Wales, we have found that most of them spend the vast majority of the interview discussing Wikipedia and only lightly touch on the subject of trust and how it’s approached in the book. Hence, for now we have included the only podcast which we feel fulfills the primary aim of shedding light on the subject of trust. We will continue to keep an eye out for future interviews and/or presentations that we feel add something of interest and importance.
